Creative Movement is a playful introduction to dance through tap and ballet-inspired activities in a fun, nurturing environment. Dancers build early skills such as body awareness, balance, coordination, listening skills, and learning right vs. left through creative games, music, and props. Class includes beginner movement like walking on a balance beam, forward rolls on mats, standing on one leg, and simple rhythm activities. This class is designed to develop confidence, motor skills, and a love of movement through imaginative play and exploration.
Required Attire:
*Athletic/Dance Attire (athletic/dance top, skirt, short, legging, leotard, tutu, etc.) Anything they feel special and comfortable in.
*Pink ballet shoes + black mary jane tap shoes

Tiny Mix introduces young dancers to the basics of hip hop, jazz, tap, and ballet in a fun, structured environment. Dancers learn foundational skills like ballet positions, jazz movement, hip hop grooves, and tap rhythm while building coordination, musicality, balance, and spatial awareness. The class also includes beginner choreography to develop confidence, expression, and performance skills, giving students a well-rounded introduction to dance styles.
Required Attire:
*Athletic/Dance Attire (athletic/dance top, skirt, short, legging, leotard, tutu, etc.) Anything they feel special and comfortable in.

Mini Mix builds on early training with a fun, structured class focused on strong fundamentals across hip hop, jazz, tap, and ballet. Dancers develop coordination, musicality, and technique while gaining a well-rounded foundation in multiple styles. Hip hop includes freestyle, footwork, and introductory styles like popping, locking, and breaking, along with cultural awareness. Jazz and tap strengthen rhythm and execution, while ballet focuses on posture, turnout, alignment, and basic vocabulary through barre and center work. This class helps dancers build technical confidence while exploring which styles they want to pursue.

Jazz Technique Level 1 builds foundational skills in alignment, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Dancers learn basic jazz progressions including turns, pirouettes, and leaps, with a focus on proper technique, placement, and timing. Classes include across-the-floor work and combinations to develop coordination, musicality, and confidence. Advancement to Level 2 requires a clean single pirouette and proper execution of leaps and progressions.
Jazz Technique Level 2 builds on Level 1 by developing strength, control, and technical consistency. Dancers refine alignment, flexibility, and clean execution of turns, leaps, and progressions while advancing pirouette technique, spotting, and rotational control. Classes include across-the-floor work and combinations to improve coordination, musicality, and performance quality. Advancement to higher levels requires instructor approval based on ongoing technique assessments.

Jazz Technique 3-4 combines strength, flexibility, turns, and leaps training for advancing and advanced dancers. Classes focus on building power, control, and technical consistency through structured conditioning and progressions.
Level 3 develops the strength and stability needed for advanced turns, leaps, and extensions while refining pirouettes, directional turns, and leap combinations with emphasis on alignment and safe execution. Level 4 continues with advanced conditioning and higher-level technique, including multiple pirouettes, complex turns, and dynamic leap combinations requiring precision and power.
Both levels include core strength, mobility, endurance, and performance quality through across-the-floor work and combinations. Advancement requires instructor approval and demonstrated readiness.

Ballet 1 introduces foundational ballet technique, including posture, turnout, alignment, and basic vocabulary. Dancers develop strength, coordination, and body awareness through barre, center work, simple jumps, and introductory turns. Classes focus on clean lines, musicality, and movement quality. Advancement to Ballet 2 requires instructor approval based on technical readiness.
Ballet 2 builds on Ballet 1 with structured barre work and expanded vocabulary. Dancers refine turnout, alignment, foot articulation, and coordination while improving movement clarity, control, and use of port de bras. Classes introduce more complex steps, jumps, and directional changes, strengthening musicality, spatial awareness, and movement retention. Advancement to Ballet 3 requires instructor approval based on technical readiness and mastery of Ballet 2 concepts.

Ballet 3 transitions dancers into more advanced classical training with a focus on precision, control, and clarity of movement. Dancers deepen their understanding of turnout, alignment, and coordination while expanding vocabulary, including directional changes, épaulement, and arabesque work. Barre and center work become more complex with advanced jumps, turns, and traveling combinations that build strength, musicality, and consistency. Advancement to Ballet 4 requires instructor approval based on mastery of Ballet 3 skills.
Ballet 4 is for advanced dancers refining high-level classical technique and artistry. This level emphasizes precision, strength, control, and a deeper understanding of ballet principles such as épaulement, facings, and directional movement. Dancers progress through advanced barre and center work, including turns, balances, allegro, and complex traveling combinations. Focus is placed on clarity, alignment, musicality, and consistent technical execution. Pointe readiness may also be evaluated based on strength, stability, and alignment. Advancement and pointe eligibility require instructor approval.

Pre-Pointe prepares dancers for pointe work by developing the strength, alignment, and technique needed for a safe transition. Training focuses on foot and ankle strength, core stability, turnout, and overall ballet fundamentals. Dancers must be enrolled in Ballet 3 for at least one year and are evaluated throughout the course for readiness based on strength, technique, and alignment.
Required Attire:
*Leotard, convertible pink tights so feet can be exposed and pink ballet shoes

This JR Hip Hop & Contemporary Combo blends high-energy street styles with expressive storytelling. Dancers will develop rhythm and individuality through foundational hip hop—including popping, locking, and breaking—while exploring the emotional depth and fluidity of contemporary technique. From floor work and basic tricks to cultural history and musicality, this class builds versatile performers with strong coordination and personal flair.

JR Improv introduces dancers to creative movement through guided exercises that build confidence, musicality, and self-expression. Dancers learn to respond to music, space, and others while developing quick thinking, movement quality, and storytelling skills. The class encourages creativity, exploration, and collaboration as a foundation for future choreography development.

This TN/SR Contemporary & Hip Hop Combo challenges advanced dancers to expand their movement vocabulary and dynamic range. Dancers will refine high-level hip hop footwork and freestyle skills—including popping, locking, and breaking—while developing the fluidity and emotional expression of contemporary technique. This class emphasizes complex choreography, artistic performance quality, and musicality across both styles.

*Tan jazz shoes, half/turn shoes, or socks, and clean tennis shoes

Building on the foundations of creative movement, this advanced level challenges dancers to take their improvisation to new heights. Students will push their musicality and self-expression further, utilizing their improv skills as a direct bridge into professional choreography techniques. By exploring advanced concepts like structural phrasing, spatial dynamics, and intentional storytelling, dancers transition from spontaneous movement to the deliberate creation of original choreography.
