Jazz Tech 1
Jazz Technique Level 1 builds foundational skills in alignment, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Dancers learn basic jazz progressions including turns, pirouettes, and leaps, with a focus on proper technique, placement, and timing. Classes include across-the-floor work and combinations to develop coordination, musicality, and confidence. Advancement to Level 2 requires a clean single pirouette and proper execution of leaps and progressions.
Jazz Tech 2
Jazz Technique Level 2 builds on Level 1 by developing strength, control, and technical consistency. Dancers refine alignment, flexibility, and clean execution of turns, leaps, and progressions while advancing pirouette technique, spotting, and rotational control. Classes include across-the-floor work and combinations to improve coordination, musicality, and performance quality. Advancement to higher levels requires instructor approval based on ongoing technique assessments.
Stretch and Strength 3
Stretch & Strength Level 3 supports advancing dancers by building the strength, flexibility, and stability needed for higher-level turns, leaps, and extensions. Class focuses on core engagement, balance, control, and safe flexibility training to improve power, endurance, and injury prevention. Advancement requires instructor approval based on ongoing assessments.
Turns and Leaps 3
Turns & Leaps Level 3 refines advanced technique while building power, precision, and consistency in turning and traveling movements. Dancers progress in pirouettes, directional turns, and leap combinations with a focus on strong alignment, control, sustained relevé, height, and safe landings. Classes emphasize the mechanics needed for advanced training, with ongoing assessments. Advancement to Level 4 requires instructor approval and consistent readiness across both Turns & Leaps and Stretch & Strength.
Stretch and Strength Level 4
Stretch and Strength 4 supports advanced dancers with focused conditioning and flexibility training to meet the demands of high-level technique. Emphasis is placed on core strength, stability, mobility, and endurance to support strong, controlled movement, higher extensions, and powerful leaps. Placement requires instructor approval and is reserved for dancers demonstrating consistent technical readiness.
Turns and Leaps 4
Turns & Leaps Level 4 is designed for advanced dancers ready to refine high-level turns and jumps. Dancers train multiple pirouettes, complex turning sequences, and dynamic leap combinations with a focus on control, balance, power, and precision. Across-the-floor progressions challenge musicality and performance quality. Placement requires instructor approval and demonstrated technical readiness.
Ballet 1
Ballet 1 introduces foundational ballet technique, including posture, turnout, alignment, and basic vocabulary. Dancers develop strength, coordination, and body awareness through barre, center work, simple jumps, and introductory turns. Classes focus on clean lines, musicality, and movement quality. Advancement to Ballet 2 requires instructor approval based on technical readiness.
Ballet 2
Ballet 2 builds on Ballet 1 with structured barre work and expanded vocabulary. Dancers refine turnout, alignment, foot articulation, and coordination while improving movement clarity, control, and use of port de bras. Classes introduce more complex steps, jumps, and directional changes, strengthening musicality, spatial awareness, and movement retention. Advancement to Ballet 3 requires instructor approval based on technical readiness and mastery of Ballet 2 concepts.
Ballet 3
Ballet 3 transitions dancers into more advanced classical training with a focus on precision, control, and clarity of movement. Dancers deepen their understanding of turnout, alignment, and coordination while expanding vocabulary, including directional changes, épaulement, and arabesque work. Barre and center work become more complex with advanced jumps, turns, and traveling combinations that build strength, musicality, and consistency. Advancement to Ballet 4 requires instructor approval based on mastery of Ballet 3 skills.
Pre Pointe
Pre-Pointe prepares dancers for pointe work by developing the strength, alignment, and technique needed for a safe transition. Training focuses on foot and ankle strength, core stability, turnout, and overall ballet fundamentals. Dancers must be enrolled in Ballet 3 for at least one year and are evaluated throughout the course for readiness based on strength, technique, and alignment.
Ballet 4
Ballet 4 is for advanced dancers refining high-level classical technique and artistry. This level emphasizes precision, strength, control, and a deeper understanding of ballet principles such as épaulement, facings, and directional movement. Dancers progress through advanced barre and center work, including turns, balances, allegro, and complex traveling combinations. Focus is placed on clarity, alignment, musicality, and consistent technical execution. Pointe readiness may also be evaluated based on strength, stability, and alignment. Advancement and pointe eligibility require instructor approval.
